On January 30, 2023, the CELT multidisciplinary clinic (Center for Endosurgery and Lithotripsy) announced the completion of its merger with Raymed. CELT has been operating in the paid medical services market since 1993.
For more than 19 years Raymed has been an official distributor of medical devices for minimally invasive procedures in Russia, supplying equipment and consumables and sponsoring international medical conferences. The group includes a domestic manufacturer of coronary stents and balloons.
According to the clinic's president Alexander Bronstein, the merger went smoothly and will strengthen the positions of both companies and the quality of the clinic's medical services. "Now we are one!"
