Effectiveness of DES, safety of BMS

Polymer-free drug-eluting coronary stenting system

— Nano™ is a polymer-free coronary stenting system using the well-known and highly effective drug coating - Sirolimus. The drug coating and special subsequent processing guarantee high-density drug application and ideal release kinetic parameters.
— The Nano™ surface features nanopores with cavities that secure the coating.
— The micro-porous surface covering more than 80% ensures stable adhesion.
— The cavities in the nanopores do not affect the macroscopic characteristics of the stent.
— High-efficiency drug coating density of the polymer-free Nano™ stent: 2.2 µg/mm².
Safety of BMS
— The Nano™ stent is made using a drug coating technology without the use of polymer. After full drug release, the stent remains a bare-metal stent. There is no polymer coating that could cause an inflammatory reaction.
— Using Nano™ improves early endothelial recovery.
New delivery system
— The soft, flexible tip allows a smoother transition from the guidewire to the balloon catheter, minimizing vessel trauma and providing significant delivery convenience.
— The patented hydrophilic coating of the shaft enhances pushability and trackability through affected areas.
